ABOUT MY FIRST SCHOOL

Welcome to My First School,

My name is Carmela Didone, My First Schools' Director. I have been working with children between the ages of 6 months to 16 years of age for over 40 years. I received my Early Childhood Education Diploma in 1982 and have dedicated my life to child care ever since.

Early on in my career, I have been a preschool teacher and room supervisor before becoming My First Schools' daycare supervisor/director. I take pride in sharing my skills and knowledge to the teachers of My First School in order to provide your child with the clean, safe, caring, fun and loving care this facility  promises to you and your child.

OUR HISTORY

Founded by Carmela Didone in 1994, My First School started out with only one child under her care. From then on, the growth was fueled by her passion for child care and the ongoing support from friends, family and the Stouffville community.
